Have you always wanted to build a creative charcuterie board? In this class, we will learn techniques for building an irresistible party tray filled with gourmet and artisan foods. In the Easter & Spring Charcuterie Workshop. our theme for our board will be savory and sweet enjoyments! Attendees will learn how to assemble their own custom board and will be given a keepsake board to use and take home their creations. We will answer questions about charcuterie as well as how to select a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts and other accompaniments. Attendees will socialize, enjoy a glass of complimentary wine or other beverages as well enjoy shared munchies.
