Pineapple Kitchen's Spring Break Culinary Camp will be held March 25th- 28th for ages 7-13.
Camp hours are Monday through Wednesday 10AM to 4PM and Thursday 10AM to 8PM (includes a pop-up restaurant with family). The cost is $375 per student.
This 4-Day Culinary Course will teach:
- Principles of Food Safety in the Kitchen
- Best Practices for Food Preparation
- Basic Kitchen Tools and Measurements
- How to Create and make their own Charcuterie Boards for an Appetizer
- How to Create and make a Main Course Meal and Dessert
- Learn Customer Service and Table Etiquette for Dining
- Presentation Skills and Basic Restaurant Operations with Role Playing
