Summer Camp runs from 8Am to 6PM, Monday through Friday. Campers can be dropped off and picked up at the gym at any time throughout the day. Each day is filled with skill training, strength and flexibility development, games & activities, and plenty of FUN! While food is not provided, we do schedule breaks for morning snack, lunch, and two afternoon snacks throughout the day; it is best for campers to bring plenty to eat and a refillable water bottle every day they come in! Campers should wear comfortable, athletic style clothing with no buttons or zippers.

Camp is for children ages 5 to 13 years.
Cost is $60.00 per day or $200.00 per week.
