Beyond the mat yoga is a unique yoga studio, located off state road 70 and Lockwood Ridge. The small size studio allows our teachers to give personalized attention to every student. The teacher will guide each student to achieve their best based on every students' abilities and will offer individual modifications as needed. We offer Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Meditation, and more. We have Kids Aerial sessions, Painting and Meditation workshops.
