Faun Yoga is a therapeutic group yoga class alongside our baby goats! The goats are free to wander around during the session and are trained to do some poses alongside you. Classes are held beginning at sunrise every Saturday morning at 8AM on our beautiful farm in Lakewood Ranch, FL. Whether you’re just a beginner or already a yoga aficionado, we invite you to join us for an amazing experience that you will never forget! We invite kids ages 8 and up to join us for yoga with a parent. Children younger than 8 are welcome to join us for goat playtime which is offered on off hours Monday- Sunday. During goat playtime, kids can interact and snuggle the goats. At the end of each playtime, participants will be given the option to hand feed the goats.
