Who doesn't love parades? There are a number of holiday themed parades to enjoy locally this year!
Nov 26 | 5PM - Venice Holiday Parade ~ Thousands of enthusiastic and creative participants representing over 100 local companies, schools, churches, social organizations and music groups join together to make this community family event fun for all ages.
Nov 26 | 5:30PM to 8:30PM - Light Up Siesta Key Village Holiday Parade ~ Light Up Siesta Key Annual Village Holiday Parade and Christmas Tree Lighting.
Dec 3 | 6PM - Annual Bradenton Beach Holiday Lighted Beach Parade ~ A fleet of decked-out vessels will tour up the river competing for cash prizes and the winning title. Boaters will be critiqued on their overall theme creativity, lights, music, crowd reaction, and enthusiasm with cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of over 40' and under 40' categories.
Dec 3 | 4PM to 8:30PM - Pointsettia Parade and Festival ~ Join us as we celebrate this year's theme: “What a Wonderful North Port Life”! The event is perfect for the whole family, and includes a tree lighting ceremony, food and merchandise vendors, entertainment, attractions, and a parade.
Dec 3 | 6PM - Sarasota Holiday Parade ~ Join the annual tradition as local businesses march through downtown Sarasota.
Dec 3 | 7PM - The 34th Annual Venice Christmas Boat Parade ~ Join this annual tradition!
Dec 3 | 7PM - Annual Christmas Jeep Parade ~ Catch the annual jeep parade, all decked out and decorated for the holidays. The parade route includes Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, St Armands Circle and Siesta Key.
Dec 10 | 10AM to 4PM - Privateers Annual Christmas Parade and Children's Party ~ The Anna Maria Island Privateers will be hosting their annual Christmas Parade, immediately followed by the Children's Party with Santa.
Dec 10 | 6PM to 9PM - Sarasota Holiday Boat Parade of Lights ~ Enjoy a parade of boats beautifully decorated for the holidays on Sarasota Bay.
