Holiday Light Displays
Nov 19 - 3rd Annual Tree Lighting Event - Help us count down to the lighting of the tree! Children can enjoy arts & crafts, music, a photo booth and so much more. Hosted by Ellenton Premium Outlet. FREE. 4PM to 8PM.
Nov 19 - ongoing - Lights of Palmetto - Enjoy a Christmas light display set to music. Also the Santa mailbox will be set up so be sure to bring your letters! Free. First night starts at 7:45PM and then 5:45PM. The show will run until 11PM on Friday and Saturdays and 10:30PM on Sunday to Thursday.
Nov 20 - Light Up Bradenton Beach - Enjoy the tree lighting ceremony, caroling, an outdoor family movie, and an opportunity to get a photo with Santa. Free. 3PM to 9PM.
Nov 25 - ongoing - Cedar Hollow Christmas Display - Come see the neighborhood Christmas light display put on in Cedar Hollow. A neighborhood full of lights and a road covered with arches. Free. 5:30PM to 1AM every night.
Nov 27 - Light up Siesta Key and Village Holiday Parade - Festive décor and holiday atmosphere will Light Up Siesta Key. The parade will start at 5:30PM from Beach Road to Siesta Key Village where Santa will greet children and take pictures (free of charge). Free. 5PM to 9PM.
Dec 2 - Sarasota Menorah & Christmas Tree Lighting - Celebrate the lighting of the tree with Ring Sarasota, the area's premiere handbell ensemble, as they “ring” in the season with many of your holiday favorites. Be sure to visit with Santa! FREE. 6PM to 8PM.
Dec 3 - Holiday Night of Lights on St. Armands Circle - Enjoy special performances, a Christmas carol sing-a-long, Santa's arrival and the Tree lighting ceremony. FREE. 5:30PM to 9PM.
Dec 4-25 - Antzcak Christmas Lights (Colonial Gables Neighborhood off Bee Ridge and Honore) Enjoy driving through a festive neighborhood with Christmas lights galore, pass under a tunnel of lights and be sure to stop at the Antzcak house for an extra special display!
Dec 4-29 (select nights) - Holiday Tour of Lights Join Siesta Trolley as we cruise through the best and brightest neighborhoods in the area. These homes, each year, light up for all our enjoyment, they love sharing the Holiday spirit as much as we do! Trolleys depart at 6:15PM and 8:15PM. $15 per ticket.
Dec 7-10 - Historic Holiday Tours at Palmetto Historical Park - Enjoy holiday decorations and festive trees on a FREE guided tour of the museum. Learn about the history of the Palmetto then continue your tour through the park buildings and the Manatee County Agricultural Museum which highlights the agricultural heritage of Manatee County. Tours at 10AM, 11AM, 1PM and 2PM.
Dec 10-12 - The Light of Christmas - Our production team, including adults, students, and children, will join together to bring you an ALL-NEW enjoyable and meaningful start to the Christmas season! FREE. 7PM.
Dec 10-13, 17-20 - Hunsader Farms Country Christmas - Enjoy a light display, hay rides, train rides, a petting zoo, holiday movies and music, snow tubing and more! Admission is $12 / Kids 5 and under are FREE. Parking is FREE. 6PM to 10PM.
Dec 11, 18 - "Walk in the Light" - Check out our FREE walk around Christmas display to see the true meaning of Christmas. It comes complete with free cookies, hot cocoa, and of course Christmas lights! 6PM to 9PM. FREE.
Dec 11 - Jan 1 - Enander's Winter Wonderland - A full display of lights that you can walk through. FREE. 6PM to 10PM every night.
Dec 11-23, 26-30 and Jan 1-2 - Lights in Bloom®: An Open-air Holiday Light Show - Features more than two million lights plus photo opportunities, children’s arts and crafts, activities, and entertainment. 6PM to 9PM. Get your tickets.
Dec 16-19 - Winter Nights Under the Lights - Palma Sola Botanical Park’s Holiday Light display event will be held from 6PM to 9PM. Entry is free, donations are accepted.
Dec 19 - Christmas on the Peaceful Path - Live music with your favorite seasonal songs, a living nativity across generations, a festive walk through woods glowing with lights, tasty holiday treats and an open sanctuary. 5PM to 7PM. FREE.
Living Nativities
Dec 3-5 - Star Towne Christmas Village - Take a step back in time and experience a Sweet Shop, Free Gift Shop/Gift Wrapping for kids, Candle Dipping, Barber Shop Quartet, Riverview HS Chorus Carolers, Family Photos Ops, Hands-on-Crafts, Hot Cider/S'mores, Corn Popping, Kids Games, Christmas Hay Rides, Mini-Farm Animals, a Wood-shop, a Live Nativity at the stable every hour and MORE. FREE. 6PM to 9PM.
Dec 3-4 - Drive / Walk Through Bethlehem - See the town of Bethlehem at night-the manger scene, the animals...enjoy popcorn and hot chocolate. There will be crafts and more. FREE. 6PM to 8PM.
Dec 10-11 - 2021 Parrish Drive Thru Nativity - Drive through highlighted scenes from our classic nativity experience. FREE. 6:30PM to 8:30PM.
Dec 16-19 - The Living Nativity at The Tabernacle Church - A 45-minute, outdoor presentation with live animals, flying angels, and a large cast portraying the birth of Jesus. Free admission, parking, and refreshments. 7:30PM.
