Our “Little Movers” and "Curious Cuties" will get their first introduction to gymnastics through movement, music, and of course, fun!
During a 45 minute class, once a week, children will become acclimated on all Olympic gymnastics equipment while learning in a safe atmosphere. They will learn the basics on the balance beam, bars, vault and floor exercise, while also having fun on the trampoline!
Educational research has proven that young children learn faster through movement. Our facility features a great variety of specially designed gymnastics equipment for our “smaller” gymnasts. Our 45 minute lesson plans include a wide variety of set-ups and stations to challenge and motivate the preschooler through fun, age appropriate gymnastic activities.
