Nathan Benderson Park's Summer Camps are making waves for youth ages 6-13 with nonstop excitement both on and off the water. Camp runs June 2 - Aug 8, options rotate weekly and include Fishing, Spirit of America boating camp, and All Around NBP, with kayaking, SUP, canoeing, wildlife education and hands on learning. 


ALL AROUND NBP CAMP – AGES 6-13

Dive into a world of water sports including kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, and fishing. This camp focuses on water safety, wildlife education, and hands-on learning. Campers will receive on-land instruction and personal flotation devices for all water activities.


FRESHWATER FISHING CAMP- AGES 6-13

Cast a line and reel in the fun at Nathan Benderson Park’s Freshwater Fishing Camp! Perfect for young anglers of all skill levels, this camp teaches the fundamentals of fishing, including casting techniques, knot tying, fish identification, and catch-and-release best practices. Led by experienced instructors, campers will explore the park’s freshwater lake while learning about local ecosystems and the excitement of the sport. Join us for a week of outdoor adventure, hands-on learning, and plenty of fishing fun!  


SPIRIT OF AMERICA Foundation Safe Boater Education Camp – AGES 10-14


Embark on an educational journey with classroom sessions and practical experience in boating.  The camp requires campers with safe paddling and powerboating skills, and they have the chance to earn their Florida boating license. In partnership with the Spirit of America Foundation, this program emphasizes confidence, teamwork and positive aspirations.


Choose from half day or full day options, ranging $200 - $300 per week.  Camp runs 9AM to 4PM, with early drop-off options available.  Discount available for siblings if you sign up for all weeks of summer camp!
